Qualifications:

Position Summary:
The Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Specialist, under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Clinical Services, provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed. He or she works with clients in residential and community settings, and works to provide support - including education and consultation - for parents and/or caregivers, case coordination, and symptom management and monitoring. The TBS Specialist is expected to meet the program's productivity target for billable service each week. Services take place in the office, the home, and the community.
Responsibilities Include:
Accept assignment of cases from the supervisor to provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services for clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed
Accept case assignments - stepping down from a higher level of care - from the clinical supervisor and jointly develop tasks and interventions that implement treatment goals.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Foster Care Supervisor/ Field Instructor, The Foster Care Services Intern provides services to clients, their families, and significant others. Alongside our clinicians and staff, you will not only assist in the providing of individual interventions for clients, but you will also work closely with a client's family and their significant others as needed, including: community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the client.
INTERN EXPERIENCE DETAILS:
As the Foster Care Intern, you will provide the following services, including, but not limited to:
Co-facilitating Foster Family and individual skill education
Acting as an advocate for the best interest of the client
Conducting Mental Health Assessments on clients and families
Providing transportation to various visits and appointments as needed
Participation in weekly team meetings and department trainings
Clinical documentation and service provision training including CPST (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) progress notes and development of ISP (Individualized Service Plan)
Other services necessary to the enrichment of the internship experience

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Director of Residential Autism Services is responsible for providing oversight regarding the development, implementation, and maintenance of the clinical model used within the Residential Autism Services division of Bellefaire JCB. The Clinical Director, free from the constraints and limitations of billing requirements, will direct, supervise, train, and coordinate with the clinical team members of the Residential Autism Services division. The Clinical Director of Residential Autism Services monitors the program's assessment administration, behavior intervention planning efforts, outcome measures, data collection, treatment adherence and fidelity, treatment goals with objective identification, as well as other duties to ensure and promote meaningful client outcomes, competent and skillful clinicians/treatment providers, and progressive development of the program(s). The Clinical Director of Residential Autism Services is supervised by the Assistant Director of Residential Autism Services. The Clinical Director will be able to assist in developing a model of clinical excellence that follows best-practice without the constraints of billing requirements, prior authorizations, and determining medical necessity of services for third-party payors. This will allow for the Clinical Director to create a clinical model that focuses on what each learner needs versus effort being expended towards coordination with third-party payors.

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to the Coordinator(s) of Behavior Services and staff/managers within the Monarch Boarding Academy.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are growing with a new program - OhioRise! We need Moderate and Intensive Care Coordinators to work in Lorain County. We are looking for professionals that understand High-Fidelity Wraparound practice while providing care coordination services to identified youth that will provide specific, measurable, and individualized services to each person served.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide Wraparound Care Coordination services as part of the CME Project, using the High Fidelity Wraparound model to clients and families identified for the projects. Deliver service in a variety of settings in the home and community. Service plan should include a comprehensive 24 hour Crisis Plan.
Maintain required caseload of 1:20 at any given time. Initial Plan is required within 30 days, and subsequent plans submitted every 30 days.
Complete all required assessments and documents as outlined by the agency and the CME Project to include the Strengths, Needs and Cultural Discovery Assessment and the Wraparound plan.
Work collaboratively with identified partners on behalf of the Child and Family team to include both formal and informal supports.
Provide Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) where appropriate on assigned cases and participate in crisis management as necessary.
Monitor the provision and quality of services provided to the family through the Child & Family Team and act as liaison when new services/resources need to be sought or developed.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the client record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Provide written and verbal information related to the youth's and family's mental health based on assessment and family contact. This information will include the youth's and family's strengths and competencies, progress or lack of progress, as well as report on the services and supports put in place to assist the family.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma required with three years of experience in the mental health field. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field with one to two years of experience in the mental health field preferred.

Responsible for timely client termination/evaluation letters.
Provide advocacy and coordination with schools, the justice system, social services, health services, and like agencies as needed.
Provide culturally competent clinical services, including but not necessarily limited to: crisis assessments, safety plans, treatment plans and updates, individual crisis counseling, skill building for youth and caregivers, linkages, and termination/transition summary reports.

The Prevention Services Intern will participate in the Begun Center for Resiliency summer camp program. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medical Social Workers (Medical Case Manager) is responsible for providing medical case management and care coordination services to clients and families identified by the Cuyahoga County Division of Child and Family Services (CCDCFS). Utilizing a holistic approach to case management, the Medical Social Workers (Medical Case Manager) administers the full scope of Medical Case Management Services utilizing the highest standards of practice, comprehensive organizational communication, and care coordination. Further, using a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, education, evaluation, medical treatment, and advocacy, the Medical Social Workers (Medical Case Manager) will ensure that children referred by CCDCFS are preserved in their placement, children and families demonstrate an increase in overall understanding of medical diagnoses, there are fewer incidents of maltreatment, and out-of-home placements are minimized.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Address all needs of the child and family, including medical, psychosocial, and behavioral, using a client-centered, collaborative, comprehensive, holistic approach.

Maintain and update progress notes documenting services provided, duration of service, progress toward goals, next steps, and additional recommendations and share these reports with CCDCFS staff at regular intervals and upon request from CCDCFS.

Provide bi-weekly availability/capacity on request to CCDCFS.
Ensure a minimum of three (3) face-to-face contacts per month with each youth and family.
Attend at least one (1) health care appointment per month for all referred youth.
Attend team conferences/meetings regarding case progress.
Ensure the provision of after-hours/emergency on-call services.
Ensure the transportation is not a major barrier to the families staying involved with the service(s) provided.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Autism Treatment Specialist is part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals who are expected to provide high quality service provision, data collection, therapeutic intervention, and instruction in individual and/or small group formats. Provide care and support for all clients by providing individualized supervision and support to complete personal care activities, advocating for their needs, teach them and assist them as necessary in activities of daily living, and help in the management of their clothes and personal belongings
Utilize structured activity schedules as developed by the treatment team in order to support the clients in organizing and navigating through their daily routines with predictability afforded through these types of visual supports.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Director of Residential Autism Services is responsible for providing oversight regarding the development, implementation, and maintenance of the clinical model used within the Residential Autism Services division of Bellefaire JCB. The Clinical Director, free from the constraints and limitations of billing requirements, will direct, supervise, train, and coordinate with the clinical team members of the Residential Autism Services division. We are growing with a new program - OhioRise! We are looking for both Moderate and Intensive Care Coordinators to work in Medina County. We are looking for professionals that understand High-Fidelity Wraparound practice while providing care coordination services to identified youth that will provide specific, measurable, and individualized services to each person served. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide Wraparound Care Coordination services as part of the CME Project, using the High Fidelity Wraparound model to clients and families identified for the projects. Classroom teams are intentionally small, so students can receive one-on-one and small group instruction, within the confines of Monarch's visual language immersion teaching Model. The Model combines concept-driven language instruction with visual supports, technology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We offer a mentoring program for new Intervention Specialists along with guidance from supervisory support staff, as well as a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Developing, reviewing and implementing curriculum, IEPs, progress reports, daily communication, and other clinical records and documentation
Providing direct academic instruction to students
Supervising assigned Associate Teachers
Collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues
Monitoring the collection of student data
Participating in professional growth activities (training, workshops)
Attending meetings with staff, parents and school districts
Communicating regularly with parents
