**Position Summary**
The Automotive Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $35.23
Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. **Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
+ Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
+ Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous _paid_ formal training.
+ Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
+ Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
+ Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments
+ Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
+ Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
+ Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
+ Reading, writing and math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3 years of automotive repair experience, demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications, or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program

**POSITION OVERVIEW:**
Responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the Demand Plan for Nestle Health Science, Vital Proteins Channel, in the US. This includes implementation of performance standards/operating procedures that affect the Demand Planning function; deployment of related demand planning tools/reports; and maintenance of demand forecast for the business unit. Additionally, this person will be the Champion of the Sales and Operations Planning Process (MBP - Monthly Business Planning), assessing the structure and content of the Forecast Enrichment (FEM), Dynamic Forecast Alignment (DFA) meetings, ensuring robust business processes and facilitating the interaction between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Creates and maintains the appropriate Master Data in the planning systems in use, minimizing errors, avoiding duplication/obsolescence and reflecting product lifecycle (e.g. Product Hierarchy, Finished Goods creation workflow, Demand Lifecycle Management).
+ Generates and maintains a Demand Plan for the business unit at the levels (product hierarchy & time) at which the decisions are taken, appropriately considering recent events.
+ Understands Demand Planning key performance metrics and targets.
+ Consistently improves Demand Plan Accuracy and drives out systematic forecast bias through detailed root cause analysis on past performance, maintaining an efficient learning log.

**POSITION OVERVIEW:**
Responsible for leading and managing Procurement of significant categories of raw material spend for Nestle Health Science US. Must develop solid working partnership with stakeholders to optimize sourcing, supplier selection, pricing, contracting and ongoing Supplier Management while meeting quality and service level requirements for their area of responsibility.
This person will be responsible for preparing and executing Category Strategies, negotiating and developing contract pricing, terms and conditions, and other relevant sourcing related documentation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Develops and implements long term Category Strategies and yearly sourcing plan for Procurement of several categories of spend for Nestle Health Science US.
+ Develops and manage continuous improvement pipeline to deliver significant year over year productivity.
+ Executes market research in various areas, resulting in robust Category Strategies. Keeps abreast of market conditions and maintain an agile mindset to flex resources and external capacity as needed to meet changing business needs.
+ Ensures optimal sourcing, supplier selection, pricing, contracting and commercialization while meeting quality and service level requirements for their spend area. This ensures effective negotiation and implementation of global, regional and local agreements with suppliers to deliver the greatest overall value. + Ensure proactive risk management strategy as well as partnering with the Procurement Business Partner and supply planning teams to ensure timely problem solving of supply issues.
+ Liaises with the Procurement Business Partner team and various commercial teams to ensure two way dialogue and understanding of business/brand needs as well as industry trends and opportunities in their area of expertise.
+ Supports new product, new technology or new initiative launches as applicable. Participate in innovation franchise team and leverage supplier partner in securing differenced ingredients and technology.
+ Ensures timely and accurate maintenance of Cost Accounting Systems. Establish standard costs and manage monthly PPV review process.
+ Comply with all Procurement and company policies, procedures, and practices, and promote adherence across the organization.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:**
+ At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert in relevant raw material category supported.
+ Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, Food Science or related field. MBA is desirable but not required.
+ SAP Experience is preferred.
+ Has a broad background in Procurement supporting manufacturing/ commercial/ corporate functions in various operating models. Has the ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels and functions of the organization. Hands on management experience in developing and implementing new suppliers and business solutions.
+ Has strong background in direct raw material categories, ideally in food, chemical, personal care, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
+ Experience in implementing change management.

**POSITION OVERVIEW:**

**Position Summary**
The Senior Technician position requires your talent and technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using your leadership and mentoring skills in driving a team toward increased customer care and satisfaction.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $35.23
Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication. These rates reflect average productivity by region.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
+ Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
+ Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous _paid_ formal training.
+ Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
+ Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 - A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company pass or fail. Technicians receive bonus for each test passed)
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
+ Demonstrated skill in brakes and hydraulics systems and/or steering & suspension and alignments
+ Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair
+ Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.
+ Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
+ Reading, writing and math skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 3 years of automotive repair experience, demonstrated skills via third party assessments/certifications, or completion of Vocational-Technical School Program
+ A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 certification acceptable)
