Responsibilities:
Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed and maintaining a clean bus
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
Maintain a clean and orderly bus, including regular cleaning of the interior and exterior
Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities
Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings
Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols
Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation
Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Possesses Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction
22 years of age or older
Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen

Title: Technical Trainer (OPTTS3)
Job Summary: The Technical Trainer assists with training processes locally. The role reports into the site Supervisor, Technical Trainers OR the General Manager (depending on size/scope of plant) and dotted lines into Operations Learning & Development, to ensure training is completed for Operator/ Craft Job Certification. The role will be a key contact/ trainer for team members and be responsible for teammate assessments regarding machine skills - providing feedback, machine certification responsibility, and conducting assessments related to line of progression movements.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Completes daily technical training on the floor to assist with the Certification of team members in their roles
Partners with the site leadership team to support New Hire Orientation/ On Boarding Training
Owns tracking, evaluating, and measuring training locally using the company's Dept. Training Standards & Learning System tools
Supports site specific technical learning solution creation (SOP's, Guided Workflows, Technical Learning Aids - to assist with training)
Develops, builds, and maintains relationships with trainees & leaders in their role
Participates in new teammate hiring process - assesses candidates' skills (general and/ or machine, involved in interview process to assess industrial experience, and provides perspective on hiring decisions)
Conducts training on all shifts
Influences others to be safety-minded
Team members will be certified through a Train the Trainer process, support managing day-to-day Certification Processes & will be supported by Ops L&D with training tools & general knowledge content

Summary: Accountable for managing the integrity of the inventory within a facility and reporting inventory results to the client and the operation's management team. Plan, execute and reconcile physical inventories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform consistent, high-quality work according to OEM, warranty, and dealership standards.
Read repair orders, observe and listen to vehicle operation, obtain diagnostics information, identify root cause malfunctions, plan work procedures, and perform necessary repairs on a vehicle as authorized.
Tackle general and major repairs across various truck systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, HVAC, electronics, and more.
Document your diagnostic findings, repair progress, and completed work thoroughly to keep our customers informed and ensure smooth warranty processing.
Work closely with the Parts department to verify parts and collaborate with the Shop Foreman and Service Administration team for status updates or assistance.
Ensure every repair meets quality standards by performing checks and road tests to confirm the issue is resolved.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required

Supervise the Mate and Deckhands in consultation with the Captain and shore-based leadership.
Assure safe and efficient vessel navigation through compliance with the “rules of the road”, practicing good seamanship and boat handling skills.
Comply with and ensure crew compliance with USCG and environmental laws and regulations.
Demonstrate felt leadership and promote harmony among the crew.
Delegate vessel responsibilities, duties, and tasks considering crew members experience and abilities.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have a USCG Mate/Pilot license or higher.
Have a valid FCC Radio License
Have a Radar endorsement or Radar Certification
Be CPR & 1st Aid Certified
Have a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
Have proficient computer skills to include E-mail, internet browsers, and navigational systems
