Purpose of Position:
The Manager of Compensation, HR Technology, and Reporting is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, HR systems, and workforce analytics to support strategic business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compensation Management
Lead the design, benchmarking, and administration of base pay, incentive, and recognition programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Conduct market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structure development aligned with company compensation philosophy.
Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions, offers, and promotions.
Manage annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and equity allocations.
Ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws, pay equity legislation, and internal governance.
HR Technology & Systems
Oversee HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, compensation tools, performance management, and data integration systems).
Lead system optimization, upgrades, and implementations to improve data accuracy, reporting, and employee experience.
Partner with IT and vendors to manage system integrations, data governance, and user access/security.
Develop dashboards and automation tools to streamline HR processes and decision-making.
Reporting
Develop and maintain key people metrics, dashboards, and analytics to measure workforce trends, turnover, engagement, compensation equity, and productivity.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for HR leadership and business executives.
Partner with Finance and business leaders to forecast workforce costs, model compensation scenarios, and support headcount planning.
Champion a culture of data literacy within HR, ensuring accurate and ethical use of workforce data.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional workgroups focused on compensation operations, data analytics, and HR systems support.
Partner with senior HR and business leaders to align HR technology and rewards strategies with organizational goals.
Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and survey providers.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR programs and processes.
Completes various Human Resources projects assigned by Human Resources leadership.
Complete all other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of HR Systems
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, compliance, and market pricing methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Position Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will ensure optimal efficiency is achieved through effectively managing hourly maintenance employees and participating in hiring and disciplinary decisions. The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor works closely with plant leaders, and requires demonstration and competency of plant safety, legal/labor compliance and/or food quality standards. Position Responsibilities:

Vending Machine Service Technician: Repairs, installs and services all vending equipment including beverage coolers, vending machines, fountain equipment and other appliances. This position will require an understanding of electrical circuits, refrigeration units, and small motors. Must be able to demonstrate customer service skills and ability to trouble shoot equipment malfunctions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Loads, unloads, transports and installs vendors, coolers and other appliances for use at customer locations.
Disassembles and reassembles appliances and replaces and repairs mechanical and electrical parts.
Perform required sanitation service on appliances.
Utilize tools and diagnostic equipment such as wattmeter, refrigeration equipment, ammeter, or voltmeter to diagnose appliances during operating cycle to detect malfunctions, excess vibration, overheating, fluid leaks, and loose parts.
Calibrates control devices such as timers and thermostats and adjusts contact points.
Cleans and washes parts. Replaces worn or defective parts such as panels, switches, pumps, compressors, bearings, transmissions, belts, gears, blowers, and defective wiring.
Repairs and adjusts appliance motors. Reassembles appliance, adjusts and lubricates moving parts.
Responds to customer call-in needs on an on-call basis as scheduled during non-business hours.
Completes vehicle, service call logs and other associated forms.
Keeps assigned service vehicle clean, performs pre trip inspection and routine oil, water and air maintenance.
Cleans shop work area.
Wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment.
Wears company provided uniform and presents professional appearance to customers and market place.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Travels through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and new business, pre- pare sales contracts and interfaces with customers on location or by phone.

Order product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no-out of stocks conditions.
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Sales Manager.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Estimates and coordinates date of product delivery and empty shell pickups, based on knowledge of own company's, production and delivery schedules.
Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

What you will be doing:
Processing Payroll from start to finish. This includes sending out daily payroll reminders. Gathering hours via an email from a client, the timekeeping software, or an excel file that needs scrubbed in order to be imported into the payroll system, etc. Managing employee changes (pay rate changes, tax changes, worksite location changes, etc.). Calculating the payroll and balancing payroll files to help ensure accuracy. Sending payroll reports out to clients for approval. Set up client PTO accruals and audit PTO balances frequently
Respond to, investigate, and ensure appropriate resolution of inquiries from employees and clients in a timely manner and with a smile in your voice
Interpret, setup, and process garnishments/tax levies/child support, including responding to Writs
Assist with Unemployment Claims, complete VOE's, manage timekeeping software needs, ad hoc projects, etc
Run reports for clients
Help clients navigate PrismHR. Set up client access levels
Manage mailing of checks and back up phones
