About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather (some markets may require deliveries to be made in the snow, while other markets require deliveries to be made in the summer heat) .
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for picking up and delivering participants during a normal shift within a tight time-window.
Responsible for complying with ALL traffic and company regulations.
Complete all pre and post shift activities to ensure the safety of all passengers, bus aides, and staff.
Ensure the timely transportation of all assigned routes are completed on time and safely.
Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Must have proven experience as a driver of passenger vehicles.
Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including drug screening and background check.
Must have a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Possesses a valid Class A or B CDL license or permit. The qualified candidate will possess passenger and school bus endorsements as well.
ASun Star and APlatinum transportation will provide CDL preparation to help you attain your CDL licensure as well as the satisfactory accumulation of any further requirement to get you through on-boarding.

Working knowledge of sprinter-sized vans or mid-level transportation vehicles needed.

* Will not use cell phone while on the bus. In emergency situations the bus must be pulled over to the side of the road with the engine turned off.
