The Construction Manager oversees all phases of construction projects - from planning through closeouts - to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. This position manages field supervisors, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, safety standards, and company procedures. Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
5-8 years of professional experience in telecom construction (fiber, coax, copper, or wireless) with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of telecom infrastructure, including aerial, and underground fiber, conduit, coax systems, and wireless construction.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawing, maps, and project documentation.
Experience using project management and scheduling software and tools.
Strong understanding of OSHA and DOT standards relevant to telecom construction standards.

Responsibilities The IT Specialist is responsible for responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems and/or peripherals. TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I SUMMARY Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems and/or peripherals. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves problems with the aim of eliminating recurrences and reducing calls to the service desk. Coordinates with other Information Technology teams to resolve problems if necessary. Support hours for the service desk are between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Provides support and a central point of contact for standard software and hardware defined in the current Information Technology Services (ITS) Products and Services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Incident analysis and resolution a. Logs all service desk calls or email requests into Incident Management System (ServiceNow), assign, update, and resolve incident as needed. b. **What you'll do**

**What you'll do**
+ Oversee the creation, validation, and maintenance of material, vendor, and customer master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems
+ Establish and enforce data governance policies by monitoring compliance, implementing controls (such as regular reviews and audits), and report on data quality metrics using KPIs developed
+ Identify, design, and implement continuous process improvements for data management, including the collaboration on and enhancement of governance tools, processes, and data models
+ Work closely with IT, Finance, subsidiary companies, and key stakeholders to understand data requirements and facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve data-related issues
+ Define data ownership and clear accountability for data assets, and provide training and support to users and data stewards on governance principles, policies, and tools
+ Lead and participate in data governance projects and initiatives as needed. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for data-related projects while communicating status updates to identified stakeholders and company leadership
**What you'll need**
+ To be 18 years of age or older
+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company
+ Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may substitute on a year for year basis
+ 5-8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles is preferred
+ Experience in a telecommunications construction service or supply chain environment is highly desirable
+ Proficiency in ERP (i.e. SAP S/4HANA) Master Data Governance (MDG) or other ERP MDG tools is highly desirable
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft data analysis, or other data tools)
+ Ability to analyze and interpret data (metrics) to improve support of master data management to the business
+ Familiarity with business processes across different departments (e.g., finance, supply chain, sales)
**Additional qualifications**
+ Certification in data governance or related areas (e.g., DM-BOK, CDMP, etc.) is a plus
+ Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-motivated with demonstrated ability for problem solving
+ Ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment

Working closely with proposal support team, ensures bid deadlines and customer presentation requirements are met. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for known or anticipated construction problems to minimize cost and reduce risk. Coordinates with subcontractors the necessary requirements to obtain bid compliant pricing and overall coordination through the bidding process. Develops substantive assumptions and clarifications, in conjunction with leadership, to support accuracy of bids. Establishes appropriate risk register to ensure appropriate contingency is established based on bid complexity, geography, and other factors. Post award supports Ops personnel as may be required in developing and/or recommending change orders and other cost related activities. Complies with bid process and participates in go/no go, bid reviews, and post-award turnover meetings.
