About Our Area Level Leaders
Our Area Coaches are responsible for building and leading a high-performing team and restaurant business across diverse markets. They provide strategic planning and thought leadership for 4+ restaurants within the same state or across multiple states based on our restaurant footprint. **THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
