Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
· Administers and manages the plant operations safety and quality programs, to provide a safety and quality minded working environment.
· Responsible for promoting a working environment that incorporates a teamwork philosophy.

· Fill in for Team Leader when needed to reduce OT.

Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the front office contact for visitors, staff, and the public
Answer and route phone calls and manage central office correspondence
Serve as Corporation Secretary, maintaining official board records and minutes
Prepare and process biweekly payroll for certified and classified staff
Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes
Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel records
Track and coordinate leave documentation
Maintain accurate payroll, personnel, and board documentation systems
Support compliance reporting and administrative recordkeeping
