Provide strategic solutions, explain our programs, our readiness, and our differentiators, to earn trust and respect in a competitive landscape, but one where we already fare extremely well.
Create solid weekly plans, set up meetings with case management and leadership, among others, to further reiterate our abilities and strengths.
Collaborate well with branch or centralized operational teams, clinical staff, and internal sales team members to ensure an exceptional early consumer experience and efficient and effective delivery of care.
Utilize the array of tools provided, to promote our good name in the market
The competencies:
You should be hungry to win, highly organized, compassionate, client-centered, and a true team player.
Having the ability to prepare and plan your week, with autonomy and strategy top of mind, is key.

Accepting nothing less than excellence, in all you do, will help you quickly become a top performer and therefore someone who is highly recognized and rewarded, on a continual basis.
The formal requirements are few, but mainly we ask for a rock-solid sales background on a similar platform. Hospice, home care, home health, Assisted Living, etc., are all usually well-aligned historically, but come to us with the ability to SELL, and sell well, and we can talk.
