What You'll Experience
You'll collaborate with leaders, nurses, physicians, and frontline staff across every department. Your work directly influences outcomes like infection prevention, readmission rates, and patient satisfaction. You'll often serve as a bridge between departments - translating data into action, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping staff understand why quality metrics matter.
How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
-The Registered Nurse Quality Analyst assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
-Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
-Assists the director in managing staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
-Assists the director by making presentations at various meetings including Quality and Safety Committee, New Employee Orientation, and others.
-May assist the director in monitoring departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
-Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
-Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) is a physician-led 120+ provider multispecialty group seeking a part-time Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Medical Director in Fresno, California.
The selected candidate will lead the pathology laboratory, managing all facets of its operations, and will contribute approximately 15 hours per week. This includes planning, organizing, and directing activities of the Laboratory with support from administrative directors, managers, supervisors, and senior technologists. The Director will also serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, collaborating closely with physicians and other health care providers.
Responsibilities include providing clinical direction, ensuring laboratory oversight, validating tests, and maintaining College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation. Experience in a CAP-accredited laboratory is desirable. As a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, the Director will consult with clinical staff and participate in tumor boards. While this is a general pathology service within a community hospital, subspecialty expertise and prior management experience are highly desirable.

The Director of Emergency Department is a Registered Nurse who assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for the management and coordination of all Emergency Care Nursing Service functions. Supervises, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care. Develops and implements departmental plans including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. Assumes 24-hour accountability for the ED department. Supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the ED and effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time responsibilities for the ED and is directly accountable to the CNO or Administrator. Consults and communicates with staff, physicians and administration both written and verbally on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. The Patient Access Revenue Cycle Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, executing and ensuring the long-term success of revenue cycle initiatives related to patient registration, admitting, and financial clearance. The strategy manager collaborates with key stakeholders throughout Lurie Children's to drive operational and strategic change and is accountable for leading a portfolio of projects designed to optimize the financial health of the revenue cycle. The strategy manager has broad knowledge of revenue cycle functions and industry best practices. They have an insatiable desire for improvement and perform executive level financial and operational analyses to prioritize and drive improvement initiatives. Essential Job Functions:
Ensures strategic direction of revenue cycle initiatives that are aligned with goals and plans deployment of solutions in a way that benefits the organization.
Implements a portfolio of data-driven, complex revenue cycle initiatives.
Identifies and recommends opportunities for significant revenue and/or process improvement to revenue cycle and departmental leadership.
Develops strong relationships throughout the organization to understand needs, maximize satisfaction and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree in a business or finance related field preferred.
Five+ years operations experience in an Epic revenue cycle environment; certification in Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referrals & Authorizations or experience as an Epic revenue cycle builder preferred.
Experience in project management and system implementation; managing healthcare IT projects preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, conflict and problem resolution skills.
Excellent strategic, analytical and process/systems thinking skills.
Demonstrated expertise with Teams, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project and other Microsoft Office products.

**Position Summary:**
The Study Director serves as the DART Study Director for DART Toxicology Studies, including Embryo-fetal Development, Fertility, Pre-/Postnatal and Juvenile Toxicology Studies as described in the GLPs. They have overall responsibility for the technical conduct of a study as well as for the interpretation, analysis, documentation, and reporting of results. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide IT compliance, governance, and quality assurance across the Diagnostics and BLS business units. This role ensures IT systems and processes meet global regulatory requirements and internal standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness, and operational excellence.
This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of a minimum of three in-office days at an assigned location to be either Burlington or Durham, NC, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development and execution of IT quality and compliance strategies aligned with enterprise risk and regulatory requirements.
+ Oversee IT governance, risk assessments, and internal controls to ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, GDPR, and related regulations.
+ Manage computer system validation activities, including initial validation, change control, and periodic reviews.
+ Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and RFI responses across global regions.
+ Maintain and enhance the IT Quality Management System (QMS), including controlled documents such as policies, SOPs, work instructions, and templates.

**Minimum Education and Experience Required:**
+ 10+ years' experience in an FDA (GXP) regulated industry (i.e. such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology).
+ Bachelor's Degree required (ex. science based, operations research, technology, etc.)
+ 10+ years' experience leading/managing teams, developing strategies, execution of projects, and 5+ years partnering/guiding clients at management levels.
+ 5+ years leading large IT validation projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**

Be the Nurse Manager You've Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journey involves: Supervises the provision of nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shift or unit. Ensures all patient care activities are completed as required. Celebrating patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position. CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. 5 years nursing experience with 2 years recently in an inpatient hospital Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
