Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care. Qualifications Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.
