The minimum salary for the Change Management Sr Consultant position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Change Management Sr Consultant position is $145,000 annually. Department Overview
The Multifamily Finance experts work with correspondents, brokers, and directly with borrowers around the nation to originate loans. Multifamily Finance coordinates with Underwriting, Closing, and Asset Management to close new loans and retain existing clients.
Primary Responsibilities
* Inputting and modeling multifamily data and create Narrative Packages for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other capital sources.
* Work within DUS Gateway and Freddie Mac OUS systems to upload quote packages.
* Assist in organizing all marketing efforts, including writing press releases, create deal 'tombstones' and coordinating with W&D marketing for client events.
* Manage, Maintain, and Update our pipeline report
* Responsible for managing production team's salesforce entries for all new and existing loans and clients
* Mine clients SREO's for refinance opportunities
* Keep up and track all quotes, which would be presented to clients in a debt matrix
* Assist production team in tracking deals during underwriting
* Conduct property tours as needed
* Participate in weekly Production Meetings
* Complete Lost Deal information in Salesforce
* Prepare Transition Memo on all deals once we have a signed application
* Participate in Kick-Off meetings with producer, underwriter and closer for all loans under application

General Description:
The Data Center Operations Engineer is responsible for delivery of best practice systems and problem resolution on all data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure (UPS, MV electrical systems, generators, cooling systems etc.)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems to maintain 100% Up-time including: fire/life safety, mechanical systems such as (HVAC, chillers, crac, crah, plumbing, controls), electrical including emergency backup systems such as (lighting, UPS, ATS, STS, PDU, generators, primary switchgear, power distribution, transformers), and hot water systems. Monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, and ventilating and water heaters; pumps, valves, piping, and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment. Must record readings and make and adjust where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required.
Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
Learn and understand the data center site in-order to manage incidents and events that put the critical systems at risk.
Work order management, including CMMS, Vendor Management, and Customer Facing Tickets.
Understanding and complying with emergency escalation procedures.
Perform additional job duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
1+ years of hands-on work experience operating and maintaining critical data center infrastructure, equipment, and systems
1+ years of CRAHs, AHUs, & central utility/chiller plant equipment experience OR UPS, emergency generators, switchgears equipment experience
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) &/or Building Management System (BMS)
Preferred Requirements:
Trade school education, union training, military service or college education is desirable
Experience with Corrigo preferably
Completion of EPA 608/Universal certification preferably
Trained in NFPA70E preferably

Summary
The Chief Engineer is responsible for a wide variety of tasks. This person is charged with effective daily leadership and administration of the engineering team with the objectives of safely and effectively operating machinery and systems and quickly and professionally responding to the needs of the tenants and the Data Center Manager. The Chief Engineer is also responsible for protecting and improving the value of the owner's assets and ensuring that data center machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Task will include but not be limited to:
•Assures accurate time records of Operating Engineers and submits to payroll by processing deadlines. Tracks and justifies overtime worked by Operating Engineers, assuring that costs are well within budget parameters.
•Inspects physical conditions of data centers and equipment at least monthly. Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment, as necessary. Reports deficiencies and action plan to solve problems to General Manager.
•Recommends measures to reduce or eliminate fire, safety, and environmental hazards.
•Cooperates with police, fire and civil defense authorities about problems affecting the data center(s). Orders and directs fire drills and emergency procedures. Devises fire protection programs and organize and trains property team to carry out established procedures.
•Assists Facility Manager in coordination of tenant construction and capital improvements. Reviews project instructions and blueprints to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, and test equipment, nature of technical problems and possible solutions such as redesign or substitution of material or parts. Cautions contractors regarding complaints about excessive noise, disorderly conduct or misuse of property.
•Maintains efficient use of energy in operating each data center by using sound energy management practices in the documented daily sequence of operations. Trains members of the team in the fundamentals of energy management. Works closely with general contractors and design engineers to incorporate automated systems with construction plan and identifies low cost/no cost energy conservation program.
•Ensures that the engineering team follows the property accounting procedures including the accurate completion of purchase orders, receiving reports, and service acknowledgments and the use of three competitive bids for all projects exceeding client(s)' guidelines.
•Performs and oversees tests of data center systems. Records test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and makes recommendations for changes in operations or test method.
•Assures proper recording of equipment readings, settings and status changes and noteworthy operating occurrences in appropriate logbooks.
•Recommends, justifies, develops and coordinates installation of projects which enhance the value of the client(s)' asset(s).
•Ensures the availability of adequate operating inventory of tools, equipment and supplies for the engineering team. This includes developing sources, evaluating suppliers, conducting quarterly vendor quality meetings as part of the Valued Vendor Program, performing periodic checks of inventories and creating purchase specifications and bid packages.
•Competitively bids and prepares all MEP service contracts to ensure high quality and cost- effective services.
•Assists the Facility Manager in developing/revising and coordinating implementation of emergency procedures manuals, contractor rules and regulations and tenant design criteria.
•All other duties as assigned.

Data Center Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
* The ability to perform work independently is required:
* Handle tape backup media and prepare for offsite storage if applicable.
* Perform ad hoc requests as directed by on-site management.
* Prepare and coordinate and receive incoming shipments. Compare packing lists with purchase details to ensure accurate make, model, and quantities are received. Receipt SRM.
* Perform remote hands support e.g. power cycles, physical equipment and cabling inspections, swap out failed components, testing of copper and fiber cables, handle storage media, and enter troubleshooting commands.
* Perform hardware installations - rack / stack.
* Perform cable installations (routing, terminating) and testing.
* Perform hardware cabling troubleshooting Support Service Manager processes (e.g. Service Request, Incident, Change) by creating, updating, and closing associated tickets.
* Support Power Maintenance Events (PME) - active involvement in the planning through an assigned role.
* Track and maintain adequate sparing levels.
* Perform physical audits and ensure the Service Manager database is updated and accurate.
* Collaborate and maintain business relationships in order to meet and exceed client expectations with respect to business as usual and project activities.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Ability to learn new technologies with an interest in expanding and applying this knowledge as new emerge.
* Able to lift 50 lbs.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
* Thorough understanding of cabling best practices (EIA/TIA-568 standards).

+ The Construction Manager will be the primary on-site leader for the Owner, driving a culture of accountability, proactivity, and relentless focus on project goals directly with the GC and trade partners.
+ The Construction Manager will bring deep construction expertise to the field, ensuring that work is installed correctly the first time, in accordance with the design, and meets the highest standards of quality.
+ The Construction Manager will manage by metric, focusing on tracking daily and weekly field productivity (e.g., labor units, installed quantities) to provide an objective measure of progress and to identify performance deviations early.
+ The Construction Manager will "walk the work" daily to anticipate and resolve conflicts, logistical bottlenecks, and construction challenges at the field level before they escalate into schedule delays or cost impacts.
+ Supervise the GC's daily on-site activities, including management of all subcontractors, staffing plans, and the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
+ Provide daily and weekly reports to the Owner's Representative Project Manager (ORPM) and google leadership team, including progress photos, safety observations, quality issues, and key productivity metrics. Serve as the primary source of field information for the ORPM's and Owners executive-level reporting.
+ Ensure the GC effectively coordinates all trade activities on site, resolving conflicts between adjacent work packages to maintain a smooth flow of work.
+ Provide the ORPM with field-level validation of GC progress reports, schedule updates, and payment applications to ensure they accurately reflect the work completed on site.
+ Identify immediate and near-term risks in the field (e.g., weather impacts, stacking of trades, material shortages) and communicate them to the ORPM with proposed mitigation steps.
+ Champion a world-class safety culture on site through daily safety walks, active participation in the GC's safety program, and ensuring behavioral-based safety is a priority for every worker in the field.
+ Monitor and verify construction progress against the GC's P6 schedule on a daily basis, walking the site to ensure activities are starting and finishing as planned.
+ Implement and track weekly labor-unit and installed-quantity metrics (e.g., linear feet of pipe/conduit, weld inches, cable pulls, device terminations). Report these metrics to the ORPM and immediately escalate any deviations from the plan.
+ Lead weekly work-plan reviews with the GC to scrutinize the 3-week look-ahead schedule, identifying constraints and ensuring all necessary resources (labor, material, equipment) are aligned for success.
+ When field progress deviates from the schedule, work directly with the GC to develop and implement recovery and acceleration plans, monitoring their effectiveness and reporting results to the ORPM.
+ Conduct daily site inspections to ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds contract specifications and drawings. Document and track the resolution of all non-conforming work.
+ Actively participate in first-in-place reviews for critical installations to establish the benchmark for quality across the project.
+ Coordinate with and monitor the activities of the third-party testing agency, ensuring all required material tests (soils, concrete, etc.) are performed correctly and results are communicated promptly.
+ Provide a concise daily report to the ORPM summarizing key work activities completed, major issues encountered, safety incidents, and labor counts.
+ Submit a weekly report to the ORPM
+ Attend all major project meetings (OAC, design coordination, etc.) prepared to provide clear, factual updates on field status and to support the ORPM.
+ Drive the GC and trades to achieve mechanical completion by systems and areas, ensuring all components are installed, tested, and ready for startup.
+ Work alongside the GC and A/E team to conduct timely punch walks, and aggressively manage the closure of all punch list items to ensure they do not delay commissioning activities.
+ Act as the on-site coordinator to ensure the GC provides the necessary support (labor, access, equipment) for the Commissioning Agent (CX) to perform their work efficiently, from startup through integrated systems testing.
+ In the field, assist the ORPM and Owner's Document Control Coordinator by ensuring the GC is compiling and submitting all required closeout documentation, including as-builts, O&Ms, and warranties.
+ Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
+ Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
+ Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
+ Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
+ Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields with 8-10 years of construction experience are preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 10+ years of experience will be considered.
+ Experience in constructing complex facilities including oil and gas facilities, nuclear and industrial projects, hospital facilities, and large complex commercial projects valued at $100M+. - Experience in hyperscale data centers is preferred but not required.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of the Google Suite of products. Examples include Google Doc, Sheets, and Gmail email and calendars.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related Calculations.
