**What You Will Need**

HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience (equivalent work experience = 2 years' experience for every year of higher-level education). Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or other relevant vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years of related experience, with 3 of those in management or supervisory capacities preferred (e.g. Front of House Manager, Lead Concierge, Hospitality, Rooms Manager, Experience Manager or Event Manager).
Prior supervisory & customer service experience is highly preferred.

The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $110,000 annually. Facility Technician Evening shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
Overall Objective:
The Facility Technician will be able to perform technical activities in a complex computer environment that requires 24x7, continuous shift coverage. Under this , the core competencies will be identical for all operators regardless of day / night or weekend shifts. There are some additional tasks that are primarily performed on one shift vs. another. However, every Operator is required to be proficient in all Data Center procedures. The person will operate and monitor a variety of critical information systems and computer peripheral equipment to assist in the provision of uninterrupted Information technology and to obtain the highest possible level of patient care in the health care Industry.
Function Summary:
Day to day is performed under general supervision with a wide degree of creativity and latitude for the use of independent judgment and decision-making (within the guidelines of Data Center procedures and policies). Employee should have extensive knowledge and background experience to perform a wide variety of complicated tasks, ranging from systemic monitoring hands on physical activities; this will include the monitoring of total systems operational performance to ensure a high systemic availability rate. Data Center Operators normal proficiency will be to provide systemic environmental availability with or without direct supervision. The staff members will provide assistance to 3rd Party NTTDATA Server Administrators and system analysts in trouble shooting and diagnosing problems. The employee's skillsets will include intermediate understanding of Data Center Facility equipment, with the ability to provide onsite hands on support at the direction of management.

Core Responsibilities and Compentencies
Each Facility Technician member is required to provide Operator to cabinet service for all of our hosted clients in a timely manner. This could encompass anything from reseeding a cable to rebooting a server. All other actions outside of normal hands on activities, required will need to be escalated to Deployment services group. These Operator to Cabinet actions must be performed within the established SLA documented guidelines in order to offset a possible financial impact.
Each Facility Technician is required to record each hour the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) statistics for all 3 of our sites, Yonkers, Moses, Orangeburg into an excel spreadsheet.
Each Facility Technician should be able to perform a walkthrough of the Data Center by inspecting and searching for any abnormal conditions in the Data Center such as lighting being out, a floor tile not sitting right, a stain on the ceiling tile, any alarms and any of the A/C units or PDU's. Any alarms from any of the UPS units, checking the batteries for leaks on the pads below. Making sure all doors are closed and secure where needed.
Each Facility Technician is required to monitor the facility environmental via Sitescan for all 3 sites (Yonkers, Moses, Orangeburg) If an alarm goes off the operator will need to troubleshoot the alarm and be able to open a service desk ticket and alert and escalate to whomever is needed to be notified of the issue.
Each Facility Technician is responsible for opening Service Desk tickets for any break fixes that are needed to be done in the Data Center. They will also be asked to open Service Desk requests for access by a supervisor or manager.
Each Facility Technician `is responsible for answering the phones in the Operations room and working with the person on the phone to help them with their request, issue or escalation needs.

Each Facility Technician member is responsible for keeping track of the on-site vendors and Monte staff that is on site in the Data Center. All should be aware of what they are doing and why they are here in case you are asked by any senior manager that may come in to enquire.
Each Facility Technician member could be required to go to Orangeburg site at any time to assist with operations for anything that is needed to be done.
Each Facility Technician member is required to keep the Data Center clean at all times and also the loading dock.

Provide full scale accounting and reporting support for the Property & Facility

Financial Management & Reporting

**About the role:**

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Task will include but not be limited to:
Monitor central NOC & respond to alarms (or escalate when applicable)
Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems to maintain 100% Up-time including: fire/life safety, mechanical systems such as (HVAC, chillers, crac, crah, plumbing, controls), electrical including emergency backup systems such as (lighting, UPS, ATS, STS, PDU, generators, primary switchgear, power distribution, transformers), and hot water systems. Monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; boilers, and ventilating and water heaters; pumps, valves, piping, and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment. Must record readings and make and adjust where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment. Monitor building management systems and respond to alarms and alert promptly.
Requires the ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems/malfunctions and take corrective action as required
Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
Learn and understand the data center site in-order to manage incidents and events that put the critical systems at risk.
Work order management, including CMMS, Vendor Management, and Customer Facing Tickets.
Understanding and complying with emergency escalation procedures.
Perform additional job duties as required.
Minimum Experience:
Education & Experience
Preferred to have hands-on experience working in a data center/critical facility, including UPS.
Systems, emergency generators, and switchgears.
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years related work experience with Chillers
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
Language Skills
Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Perform maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
+ Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
+ Maintain an energy management program. Ensure all systems operate in the most efficient manner.
+ Assist with the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Perform emergency repairs as needed.
+ Follow departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials. Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
+ Review inspection to building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal CFC certification is preferred. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. This manager will oversee critical electrical and fire protection systems for a large campus. This is **NOT** a remote role.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
