Is proactive in developing and maintaining clinical competencies among flight and ground team members Promotes the certification of HealthNet Aeromedical Services Training Center (HNTC) faculty at state and national levels Provides educational services related to a Just Culture environment and promotes its use Ensures currency and accuracy of the education outreach calendar Ensures the maintenance and operability of all HNTC training equipment Provide education and certifications for all current clinical employees Obtain instructor status for all applicable clinical certifications Assist with course content delivery, design and revision Responsible for preceptor orientation, communication and evaluation As required, serves on standing and special call organizational committees Interfaces with the survival instructors' group Accomplishes HNTC and organizational goals by achieving specific projects as required Maintains a clean, neat and professional office and HNTC environment Follows standards of conduct and procedures developed by HealthNet Aeromedical Services Follows standards of conduct developed by appropriate governmental bodies Available and willing to work beyond the end of scheduled shift or on unscheduled days and at any HealthNet Aeromedical Services location as required for efficient organizational operation and growth Inspect, operate, and provide upkeep to mobile healthcare simulation vehicles.
