Position Duties and Responsibilities * Stay current with USAC/FCC regulations and advise client districts on funding opportunities. * Work with district staff to develop strategies, timelines, and project plans to meet Category 1 and Category 2 E-Rate goals. * Create and manage school district or public library consortia for cost-effective service procurement. * Prepare, submit, and certify all FCC Forms (470, 471, 472, 486, 500). * Develop bid matrices and cost analyses to guide vendor selection. * Negotiate contracts to secure the most cost-effective solutions for districts. * Ensure full compliance with competitive bidding regulations. * Maintain and update all EPC portal information for each district. * Respond promptly to PIA inquiries and Program Quality Assurance reviews. * Prepare and submit the annual State BAG application, year-end reports, and supporting documentation. * Support districts during on-site USAC audits. * Maintain complete records for all procedural, planning, and compliance requirements. * Attend relevant state, USAC, and FCC conferences as approved. * Travel to district sites as needed. * Other duties as assigned Position Location Juneau, Alaska - Hybrid work options may be considered within Alaska Salary $27-$30/hr.
