Responsibilities:
Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct vehicle parts.
Look up part numbers and availability in the inventory system.
Process parts sales transactions and provide accurate pricing and estimates.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.
Place orders for out-of-stock or special-order parts as needed.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Provide knowledgeable advice on parts compatibility and vehicle applications.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any parts-related concerns in a professional manner.
Work closely with the service and sales departments to fulfill internal parts needs.
Previous experience in the automotive parts department or retail parts sales preferred.
Requirements

Responsibilities
Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired
Uses good judgment and safe driving skills
Keeps a timely shuttle route
Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles
Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
Requirements:

Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Reports any safety issues immediately to management.

Process duplicate title requests in Missouri and additional states, as necessary.

Qualifications
