Responsibilities include repairing and replacing bus shelters, installing or removing signs, and supporting other custodial units and the service station. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Operates company vehicles, small truck with mounted hot water pressure washer, and parking lot scrubbers. * Operates weed eaters, leaf blowers, and a variety of power tools. * Picks up trash, empties trash cans, and properly disposes of trash. * Controls assigned equipment to assist in the effort to eliminate loss. * When issues pertaining to equipment and vehicles arise, the incumbent must follow up with the supervisor, small vehicle shop, and building maintenance technicians.
