The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in all areas of the community, as directed by the Maintenance Director, and in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the community. This is a Part-time position working every other weekend. Qualifications • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. • High school graduate or equivalent credentials preferred. • Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience preferred. Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, sets up cleaning cart with supplies, constantly maintaining carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion to enhance efficiency and ease of cleaning rooms. Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways, often using ladders or stools to clean hard to reach areas, in order to maintain a clean, presentable and attractive facility at all times.
