Data Entry: Enter results and data into lab system or other software with accuracy Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), Troubleshoot issues with analyzers, immunoassay kits, and other lab equipment to prevent downtime and ensure high-performance operation. Inventory & Reagents Management: Monitor inventory levels for reagents and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking. Validate reagent performance before use in diagnostic tests. Participate in regular inspections and ensure readiness for audits. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new technologies, methodologies, and advancements in clinical lab diagnostics.
