This position serves as a department resource and is responsible for assisting with department compliance with all pertinent laboratory accrediting agency and regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA '88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA). May be responsible for the collection, receipt, and processing of biological specimens into the laboratory.

1. Performs testing in an accurate and timely manner according to established policies and performance standards with a knowledge level determined for that testing. Scope of Work: The purpose of the Medical Support Technician position is to assist nursing and professional medical staff with the clerical and other non-professional activities involved in the care of patients. The incumbent initiates and follows through on all clerical and registration procedures throughout the patient's care. The position includes serving as a receptionist, registration duties, performing record-keeping duties, and providing miscellaneous support to the unit's staff. The incumbent of this position is expected to address problem-solving situations with work-related policies and procedures; and use methods such as compiling, recording, and reviewing medical record data.

Serves as a receptionist and is responsible for greeting all patients and visitors respectfully, courteous.

Process and maintain time and attendance records for the unit comprised of full-time, part-time, and temporary employees use an automated system. The incumbent is responsible for accurately recording hours worked or leave taken, including the reviewing, auditing, and researching of attendance records; answer employee questions regarding time and attendance.
Verifies alternate resources and assures the medical record is complete and accurate; refers patients without alternate resources to benefits coordinator.
Maintains computer-generated lists of all patients seen in special clinics; monitors and reports no-show patients monthly.
Follow up on all missed appointments through the use of letters and referrals.

The Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist plays a critical role in performing, reviewing, and reporting clinical diagnostic tests to aid our providers- urologists, medical oncologists, pathologists, and APPs in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of disease. Working directly under the supervision of the Laboratory Operations Manager, the Medical Technologist is responsible for clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, and molecular testing, which includes FISH testing. The individual will ensure the timely processing and handling of specimens and ensure performance metrics, such as turnaround times, are met.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assists the Laboratory Operations Manager and/or Quality Specialists and Lead Medical Technologist in meeting regulatory agency requirements (CLIA, CAP, etc.).
· Performs clinical chemistry, immunoassay, hematology, and molecular/FISH testing, and provides coverage in these areas as needed by the operation.
· Verifies, records, and reports results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
· Operates laboratory equipment and performs quality control (QC) procedures, instrument maintenance, calibration, and proficiency testing (PT) according to established laboratory protocol and manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
· Performs, evaluates, and reports QC, and identifies and resolves any QC failures.
· Investigates, documents, and resolves any specimen integrity or quality issues (pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical).
· Prepares FISH slides for testing, evaluates the slides on FISH equipment for adequate cellularity, and reports out FISH results to the pathologist's following manufacturer and laboratory protocols.
· Accurately reports out FISH findings, including uploading the reports to the LIS and manages the storage of FISH QC and patient slides.
· Troubleshoots and resolves instrumentation malfunctions and works with vendors on resolving instrument issues accordingly.
· Centrifuges and aliquots specimens based on testing specifications.
· Maintains meticulous records of specimens, procedures, and results.
· Ensures proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of samples.
· Monitors supplies and maintains adequate inventory levels.
· Properly disposes of chemical hazardous waste according to laboratory and regulatory requirements.

Laboratory Coordinator
As a Laboratory Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining and utilizing laboratory equipment, sampling onsite waste, submitting samples to third-party laboratories, reviewing analytical data and evaluating and clearing off-spec holds. This role will complete some Service Delivery tasks as needed included lab packing and occasional field sampling and project management.
Essential Functions & Requirements:
Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and consistently maintaining safe practices
Maintains and utilizes laboratory equipment including but not limited to GC/MS, bomb calorimeter, centrifuge, auto-titrator, and flash point analyzer
Samples and analyzes laboratory equipment to assist in approving and reviewing waste in a TSD facility; calibrates laboratory equipment and enters the results of analysis into Company MMS system
Reviews analytical data and contacts customers with any off-spec issues upon waste arrival
Manages third-party laboratory analysis for TSD and evaluates analysis for waste profiling and hazardous waste determination
Performs project management functions, including hiring contractors for site projects, securing permits, ensuring compliance and coordinating production
Responds to customer inquiries regarding Company and services
Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
Provides technical assistance on emergency response calls as needed
Completes lab packing and may provide direction to Field Chemists while performing onsite activities
Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Education:
Bachelor's degree (required); degree within environmental science (preferred)
Experience:
1+ years of experience in the hazardous waste management industry (required) -OR-
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in the hazardous waste management industry (required)
Competencies:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations pertaining to the environmental services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to utilize various computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Company MMS
Regular and predictable attendance to perform the functions and requirements of this role

The Customer Support organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer site and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform qualification, repair and maintenance for the customers within the specific region.
Role and responsibilities
The Tech Support Engineer will work with the Fab team engineers, as technical leader, to provide escalation support including actions plans, best known methods, and competency knowledge next to tool health monitoring. The DUV Tech Support Engineer will also work with non-local resources to solve escalated and structural issues, disseminate knowledge into the local team, and provide project support per competency.
Tech Support main responsibilities:
Efficiently diagnose and determine root cause of machine down issues.
Create and review complex (multi-competency) action plans as needed.
Execute new or specialized repair actions with first-time right attitude.
Provide beta test, cross department project and coordination support.
Knowledge transfer to local site engineers and customer.
Perform data analysis and define improvement and monitoring plans to prevent unscheduled downs.
Develop and implement best known methods to drive optimized shift to shift performance.
Improve service mix and structural issue documentation including initiation, review, and improvement rollout.
Must take ownership for solving issues and ensures escalations take place.
Take proactive action for prevention or repeating error.
Capable of resolving most issues without assistance & highly independent in a shift position.
Ability to make decisions in the priority of problem solving.
Work unsupervised and be responsible for projects, track equipment performance and prepare technical reports.
Take initiative and ownership to increase skill and knowledge level in team.
Document knowledge systematically and in an accessible way.
Previous experience mentoring new hire engineers & helping integrate from a technical and procedural perspective.

The holder of this position reports to the Tech Support Manager and provides indirect and direct support to customers, and direct escalation and technical support to operations.
This position will be part of the Intel Chandler “One Team” initiative. The position will cross-train skillsets for both EUV / DUV tools.
Education and experience
BS degree in a technical field; or an equal combination of work experience and education.
3 + years of ASML EUV/DUV Scanner Lithography experience is preferred.
Experience working in service engineering on the first or second line preferred.
