Key Responsibilities: Determine normal and abnormal components of blood and body fluids through chemical analysis. Analyze blood cells using automated and microscopic techniques. Ensure proper operation of analyzers and laboratory equipment by calibrating, performing preventative maintenance, and arranging for repairs as needed. Complete records and reports accurately for master files or databases. Perform all testing in accordance with standard operating procedures, manufacturer's instructions, and regulatory requirements.
