Job DescriptionStarting at $85,100 MAJOR FUNCTION The Clinical Pharmacist works in collaboration with HJA providers to provide top quality care to its patients and the general community. Clinical Pharmacist will provide direct clinical care to patients including medication therapy management, participation in collaborative practice agreements, coordination of treatment with licensed independent practitioners, and general patient care management.
