In this newly-created role, the Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor will join the pharmacy leadership team to provide general leadership and support in the development and management of clinical pharmacy services to patients through the hospital. SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a Pharmacist to join our Clinical Inpatient Pharmacy team. This clinical float position is predominantly evening coverage with full benefits, part'time, 64 hours per pay period, and every 3rd weekend. Purpose of this Position: Responsible for the filling and dispensing of medication orders including the proper handling, usage, and storage of drugs in the pharmacy. Maintains standards set by the department and translates policies andprocedures into the daily operation of the pharmacy. Responsible for acting as an information resource to patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy and drug-related information and literature. Plans, organizes, and supervises work schedule of supportive personnel and pharmacists, as required.
