Provide quarterly quality metrics to site and corporate leadership. REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed pharmacist in Arizona (required) and other applicable states. Bachelor's or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy). Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy. Experience with regulatory inspections, batch disposition, and sterile compounding. Strong understanding of USP // and DEA regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
