Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our diverse team under the guidance of the Director of Therapy. As part of Alleviant's commitment to integrative health, the Licensed ClinicalSocialWorker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will conduct thorough mental health evaluations and provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy to both adult and child patients. As an Alleviant therapist, you will be encouraged to explore innovative treatment options, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine treatment, and embrace a holistic approach to mental health care.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans and discharge strategies.
Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of referral resources across our Arkansas service areas to support patient needs.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical records in accordance with facility policies.
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, healthcare team members, referral sources, and community agencies.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity, working effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals.
Uphold standards of excellence in all assignments and foster a supportive and professional environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Master's degree in social work or counseling.
Experience: Minimum of five years as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in a healthcare setting.
Licensure: Current LCSW or LPC licensure in Arkansas; multi-state licensure is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and basic office equipment. Strong typing and computer application skills are essential.

To complete psychosocial/initial assessments on assigned patients in a timely/complete manner.
Conduct basic crisis intervention services and make appropriate referrals as needed.
Monitors effective therapy.
Knowledge of the development and maintenance of information/referral systems.
Demonstrate a sensitivity and responsiveness to a variety of cultural values and beliefs and social determinants of health.
Demonstrates positive and effective verbal and writtent communication skills with patients, families and co-workers, and in patient documentation.
Maintains a current level of clinical practice by selecting appropriate avenues for professional growth and routinely seeks continuing education according to best practice. Evaluates goal attainment and revises goals on an on-going basis.
Performs other similar duties as assigned by supervision.

What you will do: The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.
To be considered you should: Have an Arkansas license as a
LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT
~ Must have a Master's Degree in a relevant field ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License
