We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote outpatient team supporting adults and/or adolescents across Tennessee. In this role, you'll focus on structured assessments, weekly therapy sessions, and practical care planning that fits into your clients' real lives. You'll work within a clear, Monday-Friday schedule while providing meaningful clinical care from your home office.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations via secure video.
Develop and update treatment plans with clear, achievable goals.
Provide ongoing individual therapy using evidence-based interventions.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes in the EHR.
Coordinate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community resources when needed.
Follow risk management and crisis protocols, including safety planning and referrals.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, managing, and supervising clinical services, programs, and staff dedicated to providing treatment services to clients. Provide supervision and guidance on the clinical model implementation, including but not limited to participation in clinical assessments, field observations, individual training, and performance feedback per direction of the Program Director and Senior Director of Clinical and Leadership Development.
Assist staff in meeting dosage requirements (frequency, intensity, and duration of contact) for service categories, as directed by Program Director and Training and Clinical Development Team.
Consult and coordinate with Program Director and Director of Clinical and Leadership Development, avoiding triangulation with consistent use of Effective Feedback, Conflict Resolution.
Demonstrate competence in required corporate level training (i.e., Incident Reporting, etc.).
Complete minimum of weekly qualitative reviews and associated tracking for the region of client record documentation, including PCPs, authorization requests, notes, EHR reports, and file/fidelity audits as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to: Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Criminal Justice.
At least two years' experience working with children (experience can include internships, volunteer work, etc.).
Additional state-specific requirements:
NC and VA: Must be registered or able to register as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional).
MS: Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS (Provisionally Certified Community Support Specialist) in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS (Certified Community Support Specialist).
AL: Must have completed a clinical practicum in area of study.
Preferred:
Preferably, candidates should have experience in supervising staff within mental health or related fields.
Family Centered Treatment and/or Fostering Solutions Certification.
Active professional licensure or eligible and on track to obtain professional licensure.

Base Pay: Starting annual rate of $65,000
Bilingual Rate: An additional $1.50/hourly rate added to the base pay if Spanish proficient.

What You'll Do
Provide individualized and group therapy, crisis support, and trauma-informed care to police, fire, EMS, and other agency personnel
Use evidence-based modalities to guide recovery and resilience
Maintain clear and confidential clinical records
Collaborate across agencies and disciplines to support comprehensive care
What You Bring
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
Licensed or provisionally licensed in NC (LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT, PhD, etc.)
Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Deep empathy and unwavering commitment to helping first responders
