What You'll Do: Your responsibilities as a Full-time Therapist would include: Complete assessments, screening, and other documentation during the evaluation phase of treatment for each client. Support a typical caseload of 25 billable hours per week, or 100 per month, depending on Full or Part-Time status. Develop individualized treatment plans, prepare treatment plan reviews, and discharge summaries with treatment team. Consult with other service providers as needed. Provide therapy to meet client needs. Benchmarks for billable hours are communicated early, clearly, and are designed to promote quality care while allowing flexibility and work/life balance Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure client's needs are met appropriately. Maintain positive working relationship with community resources and referral agencies. Complete required reports and other documentation. QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) certification or the ability to obtain is required. South Dakota advanced licensure, including CSW-PIP, LPC-MH, or LMFT preferred.
