Knowledge of the City and Department's policies, procedures and practices. Demonstrate the ability to effectively use a personal computer and office software. Ability to manage, and prioritize routine, specialized and complex assignments.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * A Master's degree from an accredited college with major course work in mental health counseling, psychology, social work or related field required. * A State of Florida licensed mental health counselor or licensed clinical social worker, licensed under Florida State Statute 491 required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Possession of a valid State of Florida Class "E" driver's license with no more than six (6) points in the last three (3) years. * Position is required to be on call 24 hours.
