Provide expertise, guidance, and training in the area of strength training and physical conditioning for all student-athletes and sports teams at Lamar University. Design and implement strength and conditioning programs that enhance athletic performance and reduce the risk of injury. Assist the strength and conditioning department by designing and implementing programs, regularly testing the student-athletes to determine the effectiveness of the programs, and maintaining accurate records of student-athletes' progress. Responsible for the supervision and daily upkeep of the sports performance facilities.
