Position Summary Reporting to the Patient Success Sr. Manager, the Patient Success Coach is responsible for ensuring sleep patients are adhering to prescribed therapy to achieve treatment goals. The Patient Success Coach must be able to effectively educate and guide sleep patients on prescribed therapies. The ideal candidate will be able to instill confidence in those they interact with, be detail oriented, patient, have a willingness to learn, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to develop and maintain relationships. Job Responsibilities Help plan, organize, and conduct practices, training sessions, and games. Teach fundamental tennis skills and techniques to doubles teams and practice squad. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment. Partner with the Head Coach and Athletic Director to monitor the academic performance of student-athletes to ensure eligibility. Help communicate effectively with players, parents, school staff, and administration via email or TeamSnap. Ensure the safety and well-being of all student athletes. Travel with the athletes to all games. Assist the Head Coach and Athletic Director in managing team scores, travel arrangements, equipment, and uniforms. Willing to advance the Jesuit | Catholic mission of the school and works in collaboration with the administration in observing the principles and ideals for which Regis High School stands. And any other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level In-depth knowledge of tennis rules, strategies, and techniques. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes. Commitment to academic excellence and promoting a balanced student-athlete lifestyle. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
