Be highly familiar with the client site's emergency and safety protocols to ensure a quick and effective response in case of an emergency situation. Manage time effectively and work independently to deliver the highest quality of onsite service to the employees and client. Ensure accurate and timely Ramp Health and client site data entry by the end of business each day to ensure the highest level of HIPAA compliance that protects each employee's health information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry related to coaching activities, employee engagement, and other relevant information to ensure effective communication and reporting with the client and the operations or account manager.
