We are looking for a coach who is passionate about athlete growth and skilled in teaching hitting and/or throwing mechanics. This role focuses on providing high-level instruction, mentorship, and development planning for athletes of all ages. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Instructor/Coach will be expected to: Implement an organizational hitting and/or throwing development program. Plan and execute daily training sessions for scheduled athletes. Analyze athlete performance using tools, reports, and technology. Create, prescribe, and monitor individualized development plans based on each athlete's areas of opportunity. Collaborate with Strength & Performance staff to address physical limitations and enhance overall development. Communicate clearly with athletes and parents regarding plans, goals, and progress. Requirements & Qualifications Collegiate or professional playing experience preferred.
