The Technical Designer will manage fit and construction development process for quality garments and cost efficiency, leading to on time delivery.
A day in the life, what you'll be doing:
Lead/direct fit session on live model with cross-functional teams (Design/Merchants/Product Development) to evaluate garment fit, constructions and styling details. Measure samples accurately.

Support and contribute to visual construction of each style and make recommended style changes.
Research and resolve fit and construction issues using appropriate resources
Able to measure samples point by point when submitted by vendors.
Review construction of garments and communicate to buyers and vendors of any sewing problems.
Maintain and enter specs in Excel document.
Knowledge of garment construction for fashion knit tops, bottoms, and outer wear.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop viral, high-concept video ideas that fit the Airrack brand
Research trends and emerging content formats across YouTube and social media
Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team to refine and execute ideas
Generate pitch decks or short write-ups explaining your concepts
Continuously refine and test creative brainstorming techniques to stay ahead of trends
Present ideas concisely and convincingly, showing an understanding of audience engagement
What We're Looking For:
Someone obsessed with YouTube, viral content, and digital storytelling
A natural-born ideator who can brainstorm endlessly and refine raw ideas into execution-ready concepts
Deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, engagement metrics, and audience psychology
Ability to think big-we want never-before-seen ideas, not recycled trends
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly
Self-motivated, fast-thinking, and relentless in the pursuit of the next great idea
Nice to Have:
Experience in content creation, production, or social media strategy
Background in storytelling, marketing, or advertising
A strong personal network of creators or industry professionals
