Responsibilities + Create detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings for prototype components and assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA. + Perform tolerance analysis and ensure all drawings include accurate dimensions, materials, and finishes. + Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into understandable instructions using drawings, images, and text. + Collaborate with designers and engineers to clean up designs, implement red lines, and develop new prototypes. + Write and review various pieces of manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, manuals, and assembly notes. + Utilize MS Word and an ERP system/Excel for pulling BOMs and assembly instructions.
