Develop engineering studies for board-level and device-level testing. Create test specifications for ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Circuit Test). Review and approve hardware and fixture designs for functional testers. Support ICT/FCT qualification and deployment at manufacturing plants. Troubleshoot test issues and resolve technical roadblocks during deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in PCB design and board bring-up. As a CAD Designer for Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc.
