About the Role
We're looking for a high-agency Product Designer to own the full design lifecycle across our web and mobile platforms. You'll transform multifaceted health data and performance insights into interface experiences that are intuitive, actionable, and impactful. You'll lead user research efforts, including customer interviews, usability testing, and market analysis, to ensure our experiences truly meet user needs while advancing business goals. You thrive at the intersection of user insight and technical feasibility, with experience spanning both D2C and B2B integration workflows. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile, ensuring experiences are user-centered, scientifically grounded, and aligned with our business goals.
Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, A/B evaluations) to surface needs, validate design decisions, and iterate on flows.
Translate health data and recommendations into visually compelling dashboards, action plan visualizations, and icons that help users seamlessly navigate our app and web platforms, understand their results, and know exactly what actions to take next.
Partner with PMs and TPMs to align on design vision, technical feasibility, and product strategy, ensuring efficient execution from concept to release.
Develop, maintain, and evolve our design system (components, typography, color, spacing) prioritizing accessibility, consistency, and scalability.
As a core member of the product team, advocate for the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions, helping ensure product decisions deliver both user and business value.
Qualifications
5+ years of product design experience, ideally within health technology.
Deeply experienced using Jira and Figma product development tools.
Experience with building D2C applications, understanding behavioral science, and demonstrated ability to create an engaging user experience.
Experience working with B2B customers and workflows, especially with health technology software/platforms, as well as familiarity with dashboard design, embedded insights, and visualizing scientific data.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, visual design, interaction, and end-to-end design ownership.
Comfortable working directly with PMs, engineers, and data teams to shape user experience across dynamic workflows.
Deep empathy for users, translating confusing health inputs into clear, actionable designs.

in the Greater Newton area. Duties & Responsibilities
Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software programs and equipment or a conventional drafting station to create and modify architectural documents, designs, working drawings, forms, charts and records
Analyze current building codes, by-laws and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and stay up-to-date on all required and relevant codes
Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible
Draw detailed and rough scale plans for structures, foundations and buildings based upon preliminary concepts, sketches, specification sheets, engineering calculations and other provided data
Design interior room arrangements for commercial buildings using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software
Acquire and assemble information needed to finish architectural drawings, visiting job sites when necessary to gather measurements
Oversee, organize and inspect the work of draftspersons, technologists, technicians and other relevant team members working on construction projects

Requirements
Responsible for working in close coordination with the PM and/or lead designer to continue development and understanding of the architectural design process and Harriman standards. Primary duties include assisting project leadership to the extent possible within the individual's capability and experience.
Assisting in developing project design as determined by the PM. This position is expected to require a significant amount of oversight from the PM, lead architect, and/or supervisor. Continued improvement is expected with regard to aptitude with software, regulatory requirements, design standards, and best practices. Development of autonomy on basic tasks including task management and self-editing are required for advancement.

1 year of architectural experience minimum.
Must possess a baseline knowledge of the architectural design and documentation process and demonstrate the ability to work under direct supervision and guidance of multiple project leaders.
Education requirements: A 2-year associates degree or 3 years of working experience under a licensed architect. A 4-year NCARB accredited degree is preferred.
