    Responsibilities • Create, convert, simply/defeature if needed, and integrate ride engineering components and systems (electrical, mechanical, structural) generated by the ride engineering project teams in Solidworks or 2D Autocad into architectural building information models (Revit, BIM360, etc.) used for facility/attraction design, collaboration, and construction and vice versa. • Work within and serve as the Ride Studio representative and manager for all BIM related integration and collaboration of ride engineering systems (electrical, mechanical, structural) across multiple ride studio projects. • CAD design/drafting, within a small CAD design/drafting group, to support concept and design development of “Clean sheet” ride systems and subsystems that meet creative intent and stakeholder requirements using a variety of software platforms. • Generate production and/or presentation quality drawings and models (in Autocad and Solidworks as applicable) in compliance to company standards from concept engineering hand sketches, 2D Autocad layouts, Solidworks concept models, Rhino models, or from other misc. formats. • Participate in all aspects of ride installation and field support. • Manage upload and PDM workflow of internally or vendor produced design and test documents, project drawings and models, for multiple ride engineering project teams. • Review/check, redline, and update technical drawings created internally as well as those created by vendors in compliance to company and industry standards.
