Position Responsibilities: Lead collaboration with Suppliers to develop and enhance advanced electronic warfare systems, ensuring that designs meet specifications and operational requirements. Collaborate with Suppliers to develop and refine electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications. Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into a tactical aircraft platform, ensuring that all components function together effectively. Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance to requirements and standards. Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems, including both laboratory and flight testing.
