Resistive pull up sensors, and read Hall effect and VR type sensors Understand and develop CAN based Controls by Integrating with (ESC, ABS, ADAS, other Systems) to create an integrated powertrain control system Create controls models in MATLAB/ SIMULINK which can be generated into software which will drive decisions, and functions Implement Torque Security and or Torque Arbitration to allow for multiple safety System interaction Read & understand applicable FMVSS, State, and customer requirements Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations Provide troubleshooting support while participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback Stay current with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes. Provide process control support to both capital and maintenance projects by developing a clear understanding of business objectives, identifying control objectives required to meet business objectives for assigned area and implementation of those objectives. Responsible for improving performance in key process control metrics such as alarms, operator interventions, control's utilization and performance for assigned areas. Responsible for the day-to-day development, support, maintenance and implementation of advanced process control applications, process optimization, process information management systems and alarm databases.
