Analyze logged data to identify root causes and devise countermeasures. Collaborate with designers and manage 3rd parties for design changes. Innovate new testing tools and methods for track and rig tests. Development Engineer: Create development plans for concepts and components. Oversee full product life cycle from concept to production. New Product Introduction & Corrective Actions: Lead cross-functional troubleshooting. Non-Conformance Management: Review issues, manage tooling calibration. Advanced Product Quality Planning: Conduct first article inspections, process validation. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Generate reports, plan Six Sigma activities. Engine Dyno Technician: Set up/install/remove engines in test cells, configure instrumentation. Execute dyno tests, maintain equipment, review data, and report issues. Automotive Mechanics/Technicians: Build/rebuild racing chassis and hybrid systems. Perform quality checks, assembly, teardown, and inspection. Train new associates and support race car performance objectives. CNC Programmer/Machinist: Program CNC machines using MasterCam for high-performance engine components. Design fixtures/tooling and manage CNC setup and operation.

As a Field Service Technician II Building Automation Controls Technician here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building automation systems. You will be accountable for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC, fire, and alarm control systems. Your expertise in building automation controls, including Tridium Niagara systems, will contribute to the overall energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' facilities. You will report to the North America Field Service Manager and travel to the customer sites in the Western region 80% travel.
