The job of HVAC and Building Controls Technician is done for the purpose/s of performing skilled technical work and/or troubleshooting problems in the installation, maintenance (preventative, etc.), repair, inspection and monitoring of heating, cooling and refrigeration systems/equipment with associated plumbing, electrical and mechanical skills.
