Job Purpose and Impact The Principal, Cyber Engineering & Technology Operations leads the strategic design, implementation and improvement of cybersecurity protective technologies within the organization. Hourly pay range: $28.14-$35.17 Posting expires: January 19, 2026 The HVAC controls Technician, within the Department of Aviation, performs technical maintenance work of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Responsibilities include the instillation, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of the HVAC controls systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS An associate degree/ in heating and air-conditioning or completion of technical or vocational course of study in HVAC control systems. 5 years of experience performing maintenance on HVAC control systems. Must have a valid driver's license (DL) and convert to state of Georgia within 30-days of hire. Repairs and replaces wiring or controls in HVAC systems to restore functionality and efficiency. Inspects and test control systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions. Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to maintain correct temperature, humidity, pressure, and volume of systems. Maintains repair or maintenance records. Assists in developing specifications for instrumentation, controls, and electrical components. Assists with training others on controls systems concepts and procedures. Perform all other tasks as assigned.
