    Description: The Automation Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including but not limited to electric forklifts, racking, dock & doors, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers, golf carts., Robotics, Conveyor systems, case sealers & erectors. 3 Years Minimum Experience in Automation a must! Must have own tools, strong technology skills, strong office skills, self-motivated, organization skills, great communication skills, relationship building skills, team building skills, and works well under pressure in all situations. And able to work assigned schedule. Will be responsible for the following: Point of contact for customers Performing and completing PMs & repairs. Facilitate work/Repair request. Provide shift coverage & fill in for PTO request. Willing to be On Call Communicate PTO coverage plans with direct supervisor & or customers. Coordinate and drive warranty requests Facilitate outside vendor work (PO process and billing) Facilitate all outside of scope work. Parts Ordering and Inventory Management (5S Inventory Skills) Fill out and complete daily work orders. Attend and complete Monthly safety training requirements. Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis. Including research of potential warranty, rework and continuously repetitive repairs using historical equipment data available through Field Connect service platform. Complete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer's repair guidelines. Judgment and Decision Making - Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action. Inspecting Equipment - Perform audits on equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect service platform. Communications - Provide information to supervisor and co-workers by phone, in writing, e-mail, or in person. Timely and accurate completion of all work orders and service records per the Concentric time standard. Maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform. Safety All work must be completed in a safe manner. Safety requirements by customer and Concentric must be adhered to. Work areas will be maintained to ensure safety. Work areas will be kept clean and organized daily. Timely Completion of Safety training modules. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Key Performance Measurements: A score card that reflects performance in areas such as: PM Completion Tech Efficiency Customer Satisfaction Inventory Variance Work in Progress Safety Shop Cleanliness & 5S Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information. Other key performance indicators as assigned. Requirements: High School or GED Diploma required. Must have a minimum of 3 years of Automation experience. Strong Electrical troubleshooting skills, 480v,240v,24v, 48v. Able to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, pneumatic prints. Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision. Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices. Strong Mechanical troubleshooting skills. Basic plumbing skills. Basic handyman skills. Minimum 5 years' experience as an Automation Tech/forklift technician/automation bots/technology savvy. Experience with Electric Forklifts (Crown preferred). Must understand how to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical components involving wiring diagrams and schematics, general abilities in laptop software to identify issues with automation equipment going offline. Manufacturer Training available on specific equipment for technician hired. Provide routine services to include preventive maintenance on air side and water side equipment, identifying, installing, maintaining and disposing of all types of filters, cleaning mechanical/transformer rooms, picking up and delivering parts, and assisting higher level heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics and or contracted services. Schedule preventative maintenance programs as assigned by management. Coordinate work orders and maintain the integrity of the Work Order System.
