General Summary The Lead Process Operator is responsible for overseeing and performing activities associated with the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the sites in compliance with all regulatory permits. Responsibilities will include performing a variety of skilled operational tasks throughout the day which includes interfacing with the SCADA system, running analytical tests and performing technical maintenance work supporting the operation. GENERAL SUMMARY The Instrumentation Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all instruments, control systems and electrical equipment in the Renewable Natural Gas process. The IC&E Technician performs work of high skill in the inspection repair, testing, adjustment, installation and removal of all electronic and electrical power plant equipment and systems. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Perform preventive maintenance duties on all major equipment and systems as well as emergency backup systems Maintain complete equipment files, logs, and drawings for all designated equipment Assist in operational and mechanical support as needed Assist in maintaining and controlling spare parts inventory to maintain plant reliability. Assist in physical inventories. General Responsibilities: Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials (e.g. soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel). Transport material samples with associated identifying documentation to the laboratory for further testing and analysis. Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles and work areas. May assist with scheduling and dispatch of Technicians to project sites. Adhere to strict safety standards.
