We are searching for a passionate, mission-driven individual to join our Clinical Department as a Clinical Intake Administrative Assistant, Part-time (20 hours per week), 4 hour shifts reporting in-person to the CORA office Monday -Thursday and LEHB on Fridays. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of services in psychiatry, as well as the LEHB program, within the Clinical Services Division. The Clinical Intake Administrative Assistant will be providing support for all clinical programs of Clinical Intake, mostly psychiatry and Law Enforcement Health Benefits.
Scheduled Part-time work hours:
Mondays - Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Starting rate:
$20.25/hourly
(actual pay rate commensurate with experience)

In addition, as a Clinical Intake Administrative Assistant at CORA your duties will include:
Provide administrative support to Agency Psychiatrists:
Offering in-office support for our psychiatry team.
Schedule/Reschedule appointments for psychiatrists.
Coordinate consults between psychiatrists and treatment teams.
Assist clients in completing necessary intake paperwork for psychiatry services.
Bridge communication between multiple pharmacies & insurance companies.
Submit Prior-authorization forms & medication refill requests as-required.
Assist with letter requests for disability, FMLA, Medicaid & other purposes.
Function as a liaison between psychiatrists & clients.
Verify insurance for all new psychiatry clients.
Discharge clients from Program Enrollment in the EHR system.
Collect and bill weekly for all psychiatry appointments (in-person and Telehealth) for psychiatrists and therapists.
Connect payments from Square to EHR weekly.
Process requests for client services and assist with eligibility determination for intake.
Manage, process, & assign all incoming referrals in Clinical Intake.
Answer & address intake calls for all Clinical programs during hours assigned by supervisor.
Serve in various committees and/or work teams as requested.
Participate in a minimum of 6 hours annually of professional training.
Comply with CORA Services policies and procedures.
Provide back-up coverage for Reception as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma/GED required.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
3-5 years of office experience required.
Fluency in Microsoft Office with strong experience with Excel and Access.
Strong experience with web-based data applications, reporting and data manipulation. Need experience with EHR system and Square payment platform.
Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to maintain high confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and visitors.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate's degree in Elementary Education, Human Services or related field
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an out of school time program.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience in lesson planning and curriculum development, teaching experience preferred.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prevention program funding sources, program partners, other agencies and community groups in order to facilitate agency service goals and remain informed of developments outside of the agency.
Collect and be knowledgeable of data, trends and best practices in the field; identify opportunities to incorporate best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Establish and monitor goals and objectives that are responsive to the changing needs of the community and are consistent with agency mission, goals and procedures.

The EC-ABA BC/BA provides individual and group services to children with neurodevelopmental disorders. These services are primarily delivered in a preschool setting, and secondarily in their home and community settings (as needed). The EC-ABA-BC/BA supervises the implementation of behavioral treatment plans by EC-ABA BHTs and evaluates their performance through close observation and data review. The EC-ABA-BC/BA provides parent training, ongoing consultation, and consultation with other stakeholders in the treatment design and implementation phases. The EC-ABA-BC/BA helps plan for the client to maintain and generalize skills upon discharge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foster a warm, nurturing, and engaging therapeutic relationship with preschool children.
Lead the ABA intervention per daily scheduling of 7 to 9 children, ages 3-5.
Complete specialized assessments of multiple deficit areas, including adaptive skills, functional communication, and social skills.
Develop meaningful and detailed treatment plans, and intervention programming to address the needs of young children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including functional behavior assessments.
Develop reinforcement systems and provide behavior skills training to clients, stakeholders, and supervisees based on detailed FBAs and FAs.
Review program data, creating visual representations to ensure client outcomes are communicated to stakeholders and funders.
Utilize ABA strategies to monitor and ensure behavioral intervention plans have been implemented with fidelity.
Model a substantial repertoire of reinforcement techniques for staff and families.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff and parents while overseeing the implementation of programs with clients.
Conduct group parent training on specific treatment goals and strategies that are meaningful to families.
Document service delivery consistently and meet all funders and state-mandated pertinent deadlines.
Coordinate a group model of service delivery with developmentally appropriate preschool activities with all differentiation based on individual treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with other early childhood intervention providers to improve outcomes for the young child.
Supervise ABA service delivery and the professional development of paraprofessionals and RBTs staff as part of the clinical supervisory team.
Attend and participate in meetings, training programs, and supervision as required by CORA, funders and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
PA master's level clinical license (LBS) with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and additional required supervised hours and specialized training.
Additional requirements:
Two years of full-time professional experience working with young children with Autism or other developmental disabilities, developing Functional Behavioral Assessments and behavior plans, and providing training on behavioral interventions is required.
Ideally, an employee should have a BACB certification as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or be interested in seeking BCBA certification

In addition, as a Speech Language Pathologist your duties will include:
Provide screening and diagnostic services to students; select, administer, score and interpret appropriate diagnostic measures.
Plan intervention and collaboration when specific speech and language needs are identified; write and implement therapy goals; collect data; write diagnostic, progress and final reports
Formulate student caseload, create and share daily and weekly therapy schedules; deliver weekly, thirty-minute therapy sessions in small groups
Make appropriate referrals beyond CORA's scope of service
Adherence to all program and agency guidelines and requirements concerning caseload management, and maintaining a consistent schedule of services at assigned schools
Other relevant duties as assigned or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree (M.S. or M.Ed.) in Speech Pathology, Communication Sciences, or Speech and Language Services in Schools
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, not required
PA Dept of Education School Certification required
Ability to establish & maintain strong working relationships with agency & school staff at all levels, as well as clients, interns and peers from other agencies
Outstanding interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to be effective and meet deadlines while working independently

Conducts interpretive sessions concerning all clinical evaluations they administer to students.

Adheres to agency guidelines and requirements concerning caseload management and accountability.
Contributes to regular psychology staff meetings where best practices and systematic approaches to problem-solving are discussed.
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
Ed. or Ed.S. Degree in School Psychology
Valid New Jersey certification as a School Psychologist
Knowledge of the New Jersey Special Education Code
