Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 15 years of engineering experience and 10 years of experience with utility scale generation, in particular transmission connected PV, energy storage, and/or other IBRs, and DER. * In-depth knowledge of ISO/RTO interconnection processes (PJM, MISO, CAISO, ERCOT, etc.). * Experience with FERC regulations, NERC reliability standards, PURPA, and their application. * Familiarity with grid modeling tools for interconnection and stability studies. * Familiarity with interconnection standards: IEEE 1547, IEEE 2030, IEEE 2800, etc. * Strong ability to interpret and communicate regulatory/technical requirements to cross-functional teams. * Experience preparing regulatory filings, compliance documentation, and technical reports. * Demonstrated success engaging with ISOs, utilities, or regulatory agencies. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Summary/Objective Grunt Style is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Part-time positions are available. In this role you will engage with customers, process payments, organize and stock the sales floor and provide an overall positive shopping experience to customers. Follow through on an exceptional customer experience by presenting customers with product promotions, new arrivals and sale opportunities as identified through conversation. Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and product knowledge. Be enthusiastic and informative about all Grunt Style products. Work as a team to achieve sales goals. Help organize shipment, back stock and replenishment. Maintain all visual standards and expectations. Process purchase orders, returns and exchanges through POS. Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor Other duties. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and going up and down ladders. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Hours of operation Mon-Sun 9am-9pm. Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Travel No travel is required.
