The estimator is responsible for the business development and estimating of Div 8 doors, frames, and hardware. This role works hand in hand with other in house departments and customers to initiate, takeoff, and quote commercial DFH projects. Experience & Other Requirements Project Management experience in Division 8 DFH industry is a MUST (5-10 years preferred) Comsense software experience highly preferred, but not required Previous experience working in a remote role successfully is a plus Pay Based on Experience

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or estimating within the painting, construction, or related industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in articulating complex concepts to a diverse client base. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets. Deep understanding of painting materials, techniques, and the latest industry practices. Proven aptitude for creating detailed, accurate estimates. Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and other relevant software tools. Ability to manage multiple projects independently while contributing positively to the team environment. Valid driver's license, with a keen knowledge of the local market, especially in Hawaii.
