A craftsman oversees daily project operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and all standards. Although their duties may change based upon their area of expertise or the project they are working on, they are usually responsible for ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, assembling materials, cleaning components, and operating machines.
