What You'll Do

* Rectify member and client complaints at the time they occur and escalate through appropriate Open channels when necessary
* Promote studio amenities, products and events while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
* Educate clients on the Open app
* Foster a sense of community within the studio through world class hospitality and genuine care

* Availability to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and New Years Day.

JOB SUMMARY: Under direct supervision of the Team Leads the Crew Member is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, performing cash register operations, sweeping, stocking, cleaning and safeguarding company assets but not limited to just these duties.
