Summary of duties:
Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).

THE ROLE
Changeover Crew is to perform a multitude of physical tasks in the setting up and breaking down of the Events that take place at the North Charleston Coliseum, Convention and Performing Arts Centers (the Facilities), as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set-up and break down equipment as directed (i.e., stages, risers, seating, basketball floor, hockey system, chairs & tables, lobby area, dressing rooms, press room, etc.).
Survey equipment before and after events for damage or disrepair and report, as necessary.
Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
Assist staff as needed in all areas of Operations, performing other tasks as assigned.
